If friends of mine are around, I vent to them... or I find some good anger music and max it until I feel better.

It depends. When it's personal, I hold it in. If it's something I can fix, like something at work, I talk myself out of being frustrated. Loud music
in the car is always good too.

The day of Haley's b-day party I was running around trying to finish all the food. Neil kept asking me what he could do and finally I snapped threw cream
cheese on the floor and said something like "what do you think I need help with" duh he knew my list of things that needed to be done, anyway I ran
off into our bedroom, slammed the door threw myself on the bed crying. haha it's pretty funny now.

My husband is good at asking if I need help just as I finish the dishes. Or they act surprised like they didn't know you were doing whatever you were doing
and had they known they'd have been there to help.

I do help though lots. In fact I don't even think Kiki knows how to wash dishes. I also do bathrooms, sweep, vaccuum and laundry. What ms Kikiface is
forgetting to mention is that she is pregnant and she was having a stressful day. She was also at the time making sandwhiches which were in special shapes and
stuff and I really really suck at that, so in her stress I asked her a couple of times, if there was something I could do. It should also be noted that once
the cream cheese assaulted our floor and Kiki was in our bedroom plotting my death, I did finish the sandwhiches. All in all though I should have known better
than to pester her and just grabbed something random to do.
My frustration techniques have changed over the years as a youngster and a teen, I would beat the shit out of anything close to me, after breaking all of my knuckles and most of my fingers more than once on things like stop signs, walls barn doors etc... I decided it wasn't really working for me. Now I just get all pissed off inside for a couple of minutes, swear under my breath and get over it. |

I feel like taking a loud music drive right now, I just cleaned up a HUGE mess that my dogs created. I hate that I'm ALWAYS the first one home, therefore
the one that cleans up dog shit!!
